Bybet carries out KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, which include identity verification via official documents such as MyKad or passport. Withdrawal of winnings will only be processed after KYC has been fully completed.

3. Deposits & Payment Methods

Bybet accepts a variety of deposit methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfer. All deposit methods are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • The minimum deposit at bybet is RM10 for FPX and eWallet methods.
  • All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
  • Bybet does not accept third-party deposits. Violation of this condition may result in account suspension.
  • Bybet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. Any fees imposed by banks or eWallets are the player's responsibility.
  • Successful deposits will be credited to your bybet account in real time for FPX and eWallet methods.

If a deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please keep your transaction receipt and contact the bybet support team for prompt investigation.

4. Withdrawal of Wins

Bybet processes winning withdrawals to a Malaysia bank account registered in the player's name. The following are the withdrawal terms and procedures at bybet:

  • The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per request.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same bank account used for the deposit method.
  • A completed KYC process is mandatory before the first withdrawal is approved.
  • Bybet reserves the right to request additional supporting documents for large withdrawal amounts as a security measure.
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method. bybet is not responsible for delays caused by the bank.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

  • Each bonus has a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met before wins from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6. Game Rules

All games offered by bybet use an audited and certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system verified by an independent body. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by bybet or any party.

  • Game results displayed on the bybet platform are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
  • In the event of a technical disruption during a game, bybet reserves the right to void the affected round and return the bet to the player.
  • Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during play. bybet is not liable for any losses resulting from a disconnection.
  • The RTP (Return to Player) displayed for each game is a long-term average value based on statistical data provided by the game supplier.
  • Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by bybet and the respective game provider.

7. Prohibited Player Conduct

To protect the integrity of the bybet platform and the interests of all users, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Registering more than one account to abuse the bonus or promotion system.
  • Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to interact with bybet games.
  • Conducting any money laundering activities through the bybet platform.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to another individual.
  • Attempting to hack, exploit, or interfere with bybet's technical systems in any way.
  • Exploiting bugs or technical errors in the bybet system. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to the bybet team.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all balances and wins in the affected account.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Bybet reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
